Old Rishworthians 46 - 5 Leeds Corinthians 8 try haul gives Rishworthians back to back League Titles
Match Preview Friday 3rd April
Rishworthians can clinch the Yorkshire Four title with a home victory over lowly Leeds Corinthians in a match sponsored by Highland Spring. It will mean the Copley men will achieve back to back promotions for the first time in their history. They have three games in which to be champions and the only club which can overhaul them is second-placed Bramley Phoenix, but Rishworthians have a game in hand over the Leeds outfit.

The team shows five changes from the starting line-up in last week's disappointing defeat at Old Modernians. Andrew Morgan returns at fullback after duties with the Royal Marines in the Mediterranean and Joe Billing switches to the left wing. David Morris returns from injury at hooker and Simon Edmundson moves to tight head instead of Richard Turner who is unavailable. James Clarke and Tom Clough return to the back row after unavailability and injury. A draw will be sufficient to ensure that Rishworthians are promoted as champions to Yorkshire 3 and the director of rugby Jamie Bloem and forwards coach John Clough are pleased to see the improvement in the side, with very few additions.
